How it works
Our system makes it easy for drivers to enter and exit the car park, as well as make payment. There is no longer any need for parking tickets and physical cards for season passes.

Parkers Pay via DuitNow QR

Driver enter car park

ANPR scan number plate & barrier gate openned

Driver exit the car park, ANPR scan number plate
Step 4
DuitNow QR will be display and card reader will be activated pending payment. Driver scan DuitNow with e-wallet or scan cashless card to make payment

Entry Lane
Drivers can enter using QR code, contactless card or through scanning car license plate
Exit Lane
To exit, drivers scan the code at the exit lane, tap the terminal with Tng / Visa / Master / MyDEBIT or through car license plate
Non-gated Parking
Step 1
Driver enters parking bay.
Step 2
After a set grace period, baylock lifts up to a height preventing rear wheel from departure
Step 3

- Parking fee due will be displayed
- Pay & choose payment option
- Driver pay through unattended terminal with Touch ‘n GO/ Visa/ Master/ MyDebit Cards or through mobile app e-wallets.
- Driver may also scan static QR to access web portal payment option

Baylock drops, driver may drive away and depart from the bay
