Business Development Executive

A business development executive is responsible for developing growth in the organization through increased sales, generate sales leads, contact potential clients, nurture existing customer relationships and customer acquisition.

Job Description

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Excel or etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using in house software.

Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personalities.
  • Able to communicate with C-Level Executives.
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Possess own transport.

Business Development Assistant

Job Description

  • Identify potential commercial car parks.
  • Monitoring the survey crew(s) to ensure they fulfil their job responsibility.
  • To work closely with Business Development Department to achieve work tasks.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management as and when required.
  • To be able to fulfill 6 working days.

Requirement

  • SPM /Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personalities.

Backend Developer

Back-end developers are the experts who build and maintain the mechanisms that process data and perform actions on websites.

  • Backend developer on NodeJS, ExpressJS & MySQL
  • Design, develop, test, debug backend application

Requirement

  • Experience building high performance, large-scale server application
  • Experience with back-end programming such as Javascript (Nodejs)
  • Experience with MySQL. 
  • Experience to develop clean code that is easy to maintain
  • Experience with Git version control
  • Must possess at least Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2 years working experience

Community Care Executive

Community care executives are the support system of the organizations that often communicate with customers to relate, listen, understand, and provide support.

Job Description

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, social media, and WhatsApp.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers to use specific features.
  • Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
  • Update our internal databases with information about customer issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Train and support operator about new features and functionalities.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to assist.
  • Assist Operator/Landlord on 1st Level Troubleshooting.
  • Issuing a Ticket for Technical Issue Related and escalate to the owner of process.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
  • Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
  • Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
